- What counts as a user?
- A member of your organization in As Counted. Five members are included in the plan.
- Can I import my spreadsheets?
- Yes. Import CSV or Excel files of items, opening stock, bills of materials or orders. Every row is checked before anything is saved.
- Do AI agents or the CLI need extra seats?
- No. AI agents and the CLI act as a signed-in user, so they use that user's seat, with that user's role and only the permissions you grant them.
- Is there an annual price?
- Yes. $1,490 per year, equivalent to two months free compared with paying monthly.
- What is coming next?
